RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
LEASE FOR PROPERTY FOR PLAYGROUND
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that said city enter into a lease with JOSEPH EEARNE and MARGARET
HEARNE, his wife, for the use of the land hereinafter described for the
purposes of a playground for'the period of one (1) year at the rental
of Sixty Dollars ($60.00 for such year. The lease hereby authorized may
provide that the same may be extended or renewed from year to year in the
event that neither the lessors nor the lessee shall elect to refuse an
extension or renewal of the same by giving sixty (60) days' notice of such
refusal to the opposit party or parties to such lease.
The land hereinbefore referred to is all that certain lot or
parcel of land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots numbered ten (10) and eleven (ll) in block numbered one
hundred and thirty-five (135), as shown upon that certain map entitled
"South San Francisco, San Mateo Co., Cal. Plat No. l", which map was filed
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California,
Marchl, 1892, and recorded in Map Book No. 2 at page 52.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduc-
ed and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 6
day of July, 193V, by the following vote:
