RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city
purchase from E. C. PECK INVEST~!.~NT CO~APANY, a corporation, the land hereinafter des-
cribed, and pay to said E. C. PECK iNVEST~,'~T C0~CPANY, the s'~tur., of TWO HUND~ED AND
SE'~ENTY-FIFE DOLLA~'~S (;$275.00) therefor.
The mayor and the city clerk of said city are hereby authorized and directed,
in behalf of said City of South Ss~ Frs~ncisco, to draw a warrant upon the treasusr
of said cit3 got tlc payment to said E. C. Peck Investment Company of said sum of
Two Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars ($~'Y5.00).
BE IT FURTEER RESOLVED by said City Council that said City of South San
F~ancisco hereby accepts that certai~n deed, dated June S~rd, 19S~ wherein said E. C.
Peck Investment r,
.~ompany, a corporation, grants to Cit~, of South San Francisco ~ all that
certain real propert~ situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San
~[ateo, State of California, and particu!arl~i' described as follows, to-wit:
Lot ntumbered Thirty-three (~S) in Block lettered "D" as shown upon that
certain map entitled: "~,"[ap of Peck's Subdivision No. 1", South San Francisco,
San Mateo County, Cal:'~fornia, which map was filed in tlc off,'ce of the County
Recorder of 'the County of San ~viateo, California, June ~, 1907, and recorded in
Book ~ of ~'LTaps at page 11.
