RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN'FRANCISCO ADOPTING~ BUDGET AND' ~PPROVING
M~ORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF ~ CENT
TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE
I~HEREA~, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be entered into with the
State of California in accordance with a project statement for ex~enditure of the ~ cent
gas tax for the fiscal year 19~8 allocated for Streets of Major Importance other than
~tate highways in the City of South San Francisco, and
· HEREAS, the City Council has heard read said.agreement in full and is familiar
with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that siad project statement be and it ia hereby adopted a~the budget of proposed ex-
penditures of the ~ cent gas tax allocated for Streets of Major Importance other than
State highways, and said agreement be and the sm~e if hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be
binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
ADOPTED this ?th day of .September, 19~V.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the city of South San Francisco this 7th day of
September, by following vote:
