RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the number
of cents t~ be paid to said City of South San Francisco upon each one hundred (I00)
dollars of the property ~'axable by said muni~ipAlity within said City of South San~
Francisco, and hereby levied upon for the purposes of the several funds hereinafter
named~for~'the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1937, and ending June 30, 1938, be, and
the same hereby are designated as follows:
ON ALL PROP~TY CONTAINED WITHIN THE ORIGINAL
CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO.

And said City Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said City at the sum of
One and 28/100 Dollars ($1.28) upon each one hundred (100) dollars of the property
taxable by said municipality and contained within the original corporate boundaries of
said City of South San Francisco, the same being .the aggregate of the amounts set
opposite the foregoing funds, and hereby levies the sum of One and 28/100 ($1.28) upon
each one hundred (100) dollars of all the property taxable by said municipality and con-
tained within the o~iginal corporate boundaries of said City of South San Francisco, and
orders the same to be collected·

And said City Council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said City at the sum
of One and 22/100 Dollars ($1.22)'upon each one hundred(100) dollars of the property
taxable by said municipality which is contained within the boundaries of the land
annexed to said City of Sputh San Francisco by a special election held March 13, 1918,
the same being the aggregate of the amounts set opppsite the funds las hereinbefore
set forth, and hereby levies the sum of One and 22/100 Dollars ($1.22) upon each
one hundred (100)dollars of all property taxable, by said municipality within the
boundaries of the land annexed to said City of South San Francisco as aforesaid, and
orders the same to be collected.

I herebY certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 7th day of
September, 1937, by the following vote:
