REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE REAL
PROPERTY BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND LOLA BOGDON AND LAWRENCE
BERTOLUCCI FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY AT 700 LINDEN
AVENUF,, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby approves the Agreement to Purchase Real Property between the Redevelopment
Agency and Lola Bogdon and Lawrence Bertolucci for the purchase of the property at 700 Linden Avenue,
South San Francisco.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director is authorized to execute the
Agreement and Certificate of Acceptance on behalf of the Agency and the Clerk is further authorized to
record the grant deed.
