RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING FIRST
SUPPLEMENTAL NEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE
OF ¼ CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STREET OF MAJOR
IMP 0RTANCE
WHEREAS~'a first supplemental memorandum of agreemtn has been
Presented to be entered ,into with the State~of California in accordance
with a ~roJect statement for expenditure of the ~ ~cent gas tax for the
fiscal year 1938 allocated for streets of Mahor Importance other than
State highways in the City of South San Francisco, and
· WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said first sUpplemental
agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that said project statement be and it is here ~by ad-
opted .as the budget of proposed expenditures of the ~ cent g~s ta~ alloc-
ated for Streets of Major Importancd other than~State highways, and said
first supplemental agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the
Mayor and city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said city,
said first supplemental agreement to be binding upon the city upon its
execution by the authorized officials of the State.
