W~EREAS the Cit-y Council of the Cit2 ef South ~an Francisco has duly
opened, examined and declared the one bid or proposal su~itted for re. eying the
slate shingles f~em the roof of the City Hall and reroofing said City Hall~
Resolved by said City Council that ~aid City CouneiX hereby awards
c~ntract fe~ said work ~ National Roofing and Si, ding Co., a e~partnership cempeaed
of Earl H. De Roque and F~ank R. Murphy at the. price named in their bid, to-wit
Eighteen Hundred and Ninety Dollars~$1895,O0) ·
Ail said we~k shall be done stridXy in accordance with the specifications
for 'said work and to the satisfaction of such person as said city council may designate
to superintend said work.
The Mayer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and di. reeted, in the
name of said city an~'.xuader its seal, to execute the e~ntract hereby ~uthorized.
