RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~0UTH SAN
FRANCISCO APPROVING MEMORANDI3M 0F AGREEMENT F0R EXPEND-
ITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALIDCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, the State of Califoxlxia, through its Department of Public WorkS,
Division of Highways, has presented a memorandtm of agreement in aocox~lance
with a px~Ject statement submitted by the tit2 for expenditure of the 1/4
gas tax ,for the 1937-1939 biennium allocated for State h~gh~ay~ in the City
ef South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard ~ead said agreement in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof$

Francisco that said agreement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocat$d
for State highways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor an d City
Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
