CISC0 AGAINST K. Q. ROBERTS.
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San F~anciseo that
t~e city attorney be, and he is hereby directed to commence an action against
Ke Q. Robex-ts to recover the amount of the damages sustained by said city by
reason of the collision betWeen the Buick automobile used in the police depart-
ment of said city and an automobile driven by said K. G. Roberts, on 0ctobeF
2, 193V.
,I hereby cex~fy that the foregoing resolution was ~egularly in-
troduced and adopted by the city council of the city of South San Francisco,
this 6th day of December, 1937, by the following vote:
