WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San F~anctseo has .opened,
examined and declared all proposals or bids submitted for the construction of a
tennis coua~t on the park at Orange Avenue in sai4 $ity;
Resolved by the city council of said city of South San Francisco that
said city council hereby rejects all said bids, except that next herein mentioned,
and hereby awards the contract for constructing such tennis cour~ to P. L. Burr at
the price named in his bid, to -wit, One Thousand and Sixty-five Dollars ($1065'00).
The type of tennis court for which this award is made is the one for which a surface
of Natural Rock Asphalt and a seal coat finish are specified in the specifications
heretofore adopted .by said city council for the construction of such tennis cou~t.
The Mayor and citY Clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in the name
of said city and under its seal, to execute the contract hereby authorized.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 20th day
of December, 193V, by the following vote:
Ayes, Colmcilmen V. Boido, A. J. Eschelbach, J. F. Mager
Noes, Councilmen M. Minucciani, D. W. Ratto
Absent, Councilmen None
