Whereas the City Council of the City of 8outh San Francisco did, on the 16th day
of May, 1938, pass its reSolution to abate the nuisance caused by weeds growing upon the streets
in said resolution of intention described; and
Whereas notices to destroy weeds haves been 9onspf'cuously posted in front
of all the property in front of which said weeds are growing,%n the manner and form
required by law, and more than five ~§);'days have elapsed since the completion of the
posting of said notices; and
Whereas no person has objected or protested against the proposed removal
of said weeds;
Resolved by the City Council of the City of Sou~h San Francisco that the
street superintendent of said city be, and he is hereby ordered to abate said nuisance
by having the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention removed.
T hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 8th day of June,1988,
by the following vote;-
Ayes, Councilmen, V.Boido, A.J.Eschelbach, M.Minucciani, D.W.Ratto, Rod Tibbetts.
Noes, Councilmen, None.
Absent, Councilmen, None.
