RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY COUNUIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANC I SC0
APPROVING FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM 0P AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE
0F ~ CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED F6R STATE ~FIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, has presented a First Suppl. emental Memorandum of AgrSement
in accordance with a project statement submitted by the city ~for expenditure of the
i, cent gas tax for the 193V-39 biennium allocated for State highways in the City of
South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in full au d is
familia~ with the cont.ents.thereof$
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the ~ity of South San Fran-
cisco that s~aid Agreement for expenditure of the ~ cent gas tax allocated for State
~ghways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to
sign the sa.me on behalf of said city.
