RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE
ABOUT TEE TENNIS COURT IN THE PARK AT ORANGE AVENUE IN THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San ~ancisco di d, in open
session, duly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals submitted for the con-
str~ction of a fence about the'tennis cou~t in the park at Orange Avenue, in said
City;
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Prancisco that said city
council hereby rejects all said proposals, except ~hat next hereinafter mentioned,
and hereby awards the contract for said work to Standard Fence Company, a corporation,
the lowest responsible bidder, at the price named in its bid, to-wiS, Seven Hundred
and Fifty-one and 84/100 Dollars ($V51.84), which fence shall be Twelve (12) feet in
height.
The Mayor and City Clerk of said city are hereby authorized, in the name of said
city and Under its seal, to enter into a contract with said Standard FeB Company
for the performance of said work.

I hereby certif~ that the foregoing resolution was regularly i~trodnced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San F~ancisco this ~th day of July,
1938, by the following vote:
