RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO THE PARTICIPATION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO IN THE EXECUTION OF THAT CERTAIN MAP E~TITLED
"CITY PARK ADDITION."
RESOL. VED by th e City Council of the City of South' San Francis co that,
WHEREAS the City of South San F~ancisco owns certain easements through
the property shown on a map entiteld "City Park Addition", which said map is
proposed to be filed fo r record; and
WHEREAS said m ap is in no way in conflict with the City ~f South San
Francisco's interest th erein,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT FURTFER RESOLVED by said City Council that they
give their consent to t he f~ling od said map and hereby direct the Mayor and
City Clerk to Join in t he execution of said map on behalf of the City of South
San PPmTci s co. .
