A resolution authorizing the Mayor to file an application to the United States of
America through the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works for a grant tc aid
in financing the construction of a central fire station, together with the acquisition
of furnishings and equipment and designating the Mayor to furnish such information as th
government may request.
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San F~ancisco:
Section. 1. That A. J. Eschelbach, as Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized
to execute and file an application ~n behalf of the C£ty of South San Francisco to the
United States of America for a grant to aid in financing the construction of a central
fire station, together with the acquisition of furnishings and equipment.
Section 2. That A. J. Eschelbach, as Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to furnish such information as the United States of America through the Feders~
Emergency Administration of Public Works may reasonably request in connection with the
application which is herein authorized to be filed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopt-
ed by the city council of the city of South San Francisco, this lOth day of August, 19~
