REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KATZ
HOLLIS FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
THE ELCAMINO CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Plan amendment for the El Camino Redevelopment Project will provide
additional financial tools for assistance with the Willow Garden rehabilitation program as well as provide an
opportunity to improve the area between the existing project area boundary and the South San Francisco High
School site along El Camino; and
WHEREAS, the cost for these services is $58,900; and
WHEREAS, funding for this project has been included in the Agency's El Camino Project budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco that it hereby a~orizes the Executive Director to execute the Consultant Services Agreement with Katz
Hollis for the preparation of the Plan Amendment for the E1 Camino Corridor Redevelopment Plan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at aSpe¢i a] meeting held on the 1 lth day of__
