HOLDING A SPECIAL ~UNICIPAL ELECTION IN
SAID CITY ON THE 20th DAY 0F SEPTEMBER,

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Franctsco that that certain re-
solution entitled "A resolution of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco pro-
viding for holding~a special municipal election in said City on the 20th day of September,
1938a, passed and adopted by said City Council on the 17th day of August, 1938, be, and the
hereby is Vacated and s~aside.

I hereby c.ertify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 24th day of August, 1938, by
the following vote:
