RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR PAINTING THE
COUNCIL CHAMBER, THE COURT R00N AND THE FALLS IN
THE CITY HALL
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open
session, on the 19th day of September, 1938- publicly open, examine and declare all
sealed proposals and bids for doing the following work in said city, to-wit:
The t minting of the council chamber, the court room and the halls in the city
hall,
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City
Council hereby rejects all said bids, except that next hereinafter mentioned, and here,
b~ awards the contract for doing said work to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit:
H, Ba!dini at the price named, in his bid, to-wit: Six hundred and Twenty-seven Dollars
($~?. O0 ).
All work herein provided for shall be performed strictly in accordance with
the specifications for said work adopted by said City Council on the Zlst. day of August
1988, and under the supervision and to the satisfaction of the building inspector of
said cityJ
The Mayor of said ciby and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed,
in the name of said city and under its seal~ to execute the contract hereby awarded.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted Dy the city council of the City of South San Francisco this 19th day of
September, 19~8, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen V. Boido, Rod Tibbetts, A. J. Eschelbach, N. Minucciani, D, W. Ratto
Noes, Councilmen None
