RESOLUTION CANVASING RETURNS AND DECLARING RESULTS
OF THE VOTE AS TO THE LOCATION OF THE RECREATION
CENTER BUILDING AND AS TO THE LOCATION OF THE
S~IMMING TANK, CAST AT THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECT-
ION HELD IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ON
SEPTEMBER 27, 1938.
WHEREAS a special m,muicipal election was held in and through the City of South
San Francisco on the ~h day of September, 1938, at which there were submitted to the el-
ectors of said city ~he ~uestions as to where tL~e recreation center building should be lo-
cated and as to where the simming tank should be located; and
WHEREAS the City Clerk of said city has duly presented to the City COuncil of
the City of South San Francisco all the returns bf votes cast at said special municipal el-
ection; and
WHEREAS said city council has inspected and examined all said returns;
NOW, THEREFORE, resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that siad City Council finds as follows:
The whole number of votes cast in said City of South San Francisco at said speci-
