RESOL~ION F~ERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOR REHABILITATION OF COLMA CREEK.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of SOl, th SazA Francisco that
said city enter into a contract with the Department of Public Works of the State
of California, acting by and t~zmo$ the Director of Public Works, for the re-
pair and rehabilitation of the City's property from damage caused by storms
and floods, including the channel of Colma Creek.
The Mayor and City Clerk of said city are hereby authorized and direct-
ed, in the name of said city and under its seal~ to execute the contract hereby
authorized.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 51st day of
October, 1958, by the following vote:
