RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
resolution entitled "Resolution Ordering the resurfacing of a portion of Linden
Avenue in the City of South San Francisco" adopted by the City Council on the 17th
day of October, 1938, be, and ~he same hereby is vacated and s et asidee

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the city council of the City of South San Francisco, this Zlst day
