RESOLUTION REJECTING ~LL BIDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF PROTECTION WORK ON THE BANKS
OF THE NAINTENANCE CHANNELS OF COI~V~ CREEK.
%%~IEREAS the city council of the city of South San Francisco did, in
open session on the 31st day of 0ctob~r, 1938, publicly open, examine and declare
all sealed proposals or bids for doing the ~ollowing work in said city, to-wit:
The construction of protection work on the banks of the maintenance
channels of Colma Creek;
RES'ULVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco that
said city council hereby rejects all said bids.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the city council of the city of south San Franclsco, this 2nd day of
November, 1938, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen V. Botdo, Rod Tibbetts, A. J. Eschelbach, D. W. Ratto
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen M. Minucciani
