LAND AND IMPROVEMENT C0~IPANY CONVEYING A RIGHT-
OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of South San Francisco that tha
certain deed, dated December 9, 1938, wherein South San Francisco Land and Improvem
Company, a corporation organized and existing under t he laws of the State of Califo
conveys to said City of South San Francisco a righty-of-way for a public street upo
the land hereinafter described be, and the same hereby is accepted.
The land hereinbefore referred to consists of that certain parcel of lan

situate in the City of South San rancmsco, County of San Mateo, State of Californi~
and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
All t~t certain real property situate in the City of South San Francisc~
County of San Mateo, State of California, and bounded by the follOWing described 1~
BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Block 12, as said Block is shot
on that certain map entitled "~Iap of Section West of Railroad in the Town of Baden":
filed for record in Book E of ~Iaps at page 82, San Mateo County Records; thence fro~
said point of beginning South 28° 21' 12" East along the Southeasterly production oJ
the Southwesterly boundary line of the aforementioned Block 12, 403.8~' feet; thenc~
