RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TAX COLLECTOR TO FILE
CLAIM IN BANKRUPTCY AGAINST STEA2~Z~N-HAM~IOND
AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, A BANKRUPTe
RESOLVED by the city council of the City of South Eau Francisco
that, Elizabeth Ottenfield, as tax collector of said city of South San
Francisco, be, and'she is hereby authorized to file with Burton J. Wyman,
refree in bankruptcy, a claim in the mmount qf Three Hundred Fifty-two and
~0/100 Dollars ($552.80) for'taxes due to said City of ~outh San Fran-
cisco from Stearman-Hammond Aircraft Corporation, a bankrupt.
