BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that the Mayor and Olerk of the City of South San Francisco be, and theY are hereby author- ized, empowered and directed, for and on its behalf, and in its name and under its corporate seal, to enter into and execute W~t~ THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY' that certain .agreement dated April 1V~ t939, concerning the continued operation and maintenance of police alarm light signals~on the City Hall and on t~e Metropolitan Hotel Building to be operated in conjunction with telephone facilities located at the rear of building at 301 Grand Avenue through relay connections so that when the telephone bell is rung said light signals will operate, and which has been submitted by said The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company at this meeting to this said Council. Adopted on the 1Vth day of April, 1939, by the following votes: Ayes, Councilmen Noes, Councilmen Absent, Councilmen V. Boido, M. Minucciani, D. W. Ratto, Rod Tibbetts, A. J.
