RESOLUTION REQUESTING BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO INCLUDE
THE SUM OF $7800.00 IN THE 1939-40 BUDGET FGt C012~IA
CRE~K EXCAVATION.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo be, and they hereby are re-
fully requested to include in the budget for the fiscal year commencing July
l, 1939, and ending June 30, 1940, the sum of $7500.00 for the purpose of
aiding in excavating from Col~a Creek silt carried into said Colma Creek
as a result of rainfall uponland tributary to said Colma Creek.

I hereby certify that the foregoing ~esolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by' the city council of the city of South San Francisco, this 1st
day of May, 1939, by the following vote:
