RESOLUTION ORDERING ABATEMENT OF ~KEDS
1939
WHEREASthe City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the
17th day of April, 1959, pass its resolution of intention to abate the nuisance
caused by weeds growing upon the streets in said resolution of intention de-
scribed; and
WHEREAS notices to destroy weeds have been conspicuously posted in front
of all the property of which said weeds are growing, in the manner and form re-
quired by law, and that the posting of said notices was completed on the 26th day
of April, 1939; and
~{EREAS no person has objected or protested against the proposed removal
of said weeds;
RESOLVED b~T the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the
street superintendent of said city be, and he is hereby ordered to abate said
nuisance by having the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention removed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolu.tion .was regularly introduced
and adopted by the city council of the City of South San Francisco, this 15th day
of May, 1939, by the following vote:
