REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN TERRANOMICS/METROVATION AND
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO IMPLEMENT A NEW
DOWNTOWN RETAIL STRATEGY
WHEREAS, staff recommends authorization for the Executive Director to execute the Agreement
between the Redevelopment Agency and Terranomics/Metrovation; and
WHEREAS, the cost to the Agency for this initial effort is $20,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby approves the execution of an agreement in an amount not to exceed $20,000
between Terranomics/Metrovation and the Redevelopment Agency to Implement a new downtown retail
strategy. The Executive Director is hereby authorized to sign the agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a ro§tl ] a rmeeting held on the ~Flth day of
