SAN FRANCISCO DESIGNATING U. S. MARSHALL, CITY ENGINEER
OF SAID CITY, AS THE SOLE RREPRESENTATIVE OF SAID CITY
WITH RESPECT TO ~ITIE WORK OF EXCAVATING THE CHA~INEL OF
C 0IA. IA CREEK.
Resolved by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that U. S. Marshal
be, and he is hereby designated as the sole representative of said city with.respect to
the work referred to in the agreement between the City of South San Francisco and the
State Department of Public Works covering the cleaning and repair of Colma Creek Channels
dated November 7th, 1938, Emergency Allotment No. 691, Work Order No. 630-E-76, and as su
representative said U. S. Marshall is hereby authorized to handle all matters in relation
to the said work and to sign all claims and estimates with respect thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of SOuth San Francisco this 15th day of May,
1939, bY the following vote:
