RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of SouthSan Franc~co that the
abandonment and surrender, by Market Street Railway Company, of all franchises
and privileges granted by Ordinance No. 68 of the Boa rdof Trustees of said
City of South San F~ancisco to SouthSan F~sncisco Railroad and Power Company
on April 21, 191Z, and by Ordinance No. 85 of said Board of Tx~stees to said
South San Francisco Railroad aud Power Company on September V, 1915, and the
conveyance of all the property mentioned in the declaration of abandonment and
surrender executed by said Market Street Railway Company on the §th day of
June, l~J~, and now on file wtththe City Clerk of said city, be, and the ssme
hereby are accepted.

I hereby certifythat the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San ~ancisco this 12th
day of June, 1939, by the following vote:
