RESOL~JfION CALLIN~ FOR BIDS FOR LOCKE
TRIPLEX ~0~,,,~R LAWN ~0~,~.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco as
follows:
That public interest and convenience require that said city should
purchase a Locke Triplex Power Lawn Mower for said city.
The city clerk of said city is herebb directed to publish by two
(2) insertions in "The Enterprise"~ a newspaper of general circulation
published in skid city, the following notice inviting sealed proposals
or bids for furnishing~ a Locke Triplex Power Lawn Mower to said city;
Y~otice inviting sealed proposals or bids for furnishing a Locke
Triplex Power Lawn Mower to the City of South San Francisco.
Sealed proposals will be received by the city council of the City of
South San Francisco until 8:00 o'clock p.m. on Monday, the 7th day of Auo~ust,
1~ for furnishirk~ to said City of South San ~-"ranc is co a Locke Triplex
Power Lawn ~?.ower, which lawn mower shall be one of the models desi~nated
as follows: 75 inch Triplex with "ZR" motor.
Sealed proposals o'r bids will ~e delivered to the city council on or
before 8:00 o'clock p.m. on I':,~onday~ the 7th day of Au~st, 1~S9. Ail seal-
ed proposals or bids will be opened by the city council in public session
on ~,~onday~ the ~?th day of August, i'~S~, at 8:00 o'clock p. m. in the council
chamber of said city council.
The city council hereby recerves the right to reject any and all bids.
