REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT WITH
IMPACT SCIENCES FOR PREPARATION OF AN
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR) TO INCLUDE
ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC ANALYSIS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Francisco as follows:
The Executive Director is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to add Twelve
Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($12,500), to the contract with Impact Sciences for
preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for additional traffic analysis. The
Contract as amended shall not exceed $109,525.00.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at as koe c ia l meeting held on the 10'ch
day of Novembe~'1998 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers James L. Da'czman, Joseph A. Fernekes, Karyl
Matsumoto and ~hairman i~u~ane R. 'MUltin
