RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City of South San Francisco lease from Ercole Lazzari the land situate in
said City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, de-
scribed as follows:
Lot numbered Fourteen (14) in Block numbered One Hundred and Twenty-
five (125), as shown upon that certain map entitled "South San Francisco, San
Mateo Co. Cal. Plat No. l" which map was filed in the office of the County Record.
of the County of San Mateo, California, March l, 1892, and recorded in Map Book
No. 2 at page 52.
to be used for recreation purposes, for the term of one (1) year from the 18th
day of October, 1939, at the monthly rent of Twenty Dollars ($20.00), payable
monthly.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in the
name of said city and ~nder its seal, to enter into a lease of said land with
said Ercole Lazzari.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduce
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day
of October, 1939, by the following vote:
