RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR A USED Th~tEE WH~EL ROAD ROLLER.
WHEREAS the city council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 16th
day of October, 1939, duly open, examine -B_~ declare all sealed proposals for
furnishing to said city a used three ?heel road roller~;
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco that said
city council does hereby reject all said sealed proposals except that next here-
inafter mentioned and hereby awards to Harron, Ricard and McCone Co. a contract
for furnishing to said city a used three wheel road roller, of the ty~e herein-
after more particularly designated, for the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty
Dollars (750.00).
Said road roller is particularly designated as follows:.
Used Model YA-14 Wehr three wheeled 7 to l0 ton variable weight gasoline
engine driven road roller with Allis Chalmers 4 cylinder gasoline engine with
four speeds forward and one reverse, rear rolls 18" wide and 45" in diameter,
front rolls in two sections, total width 39" x 34" diameter.
The mayor of said City of South San Francisco and the city clerk are hereby
mathorized and directed, in the name of said City of South San Francisco and under
its corporate seal, to execute with said successful bidder such documents as are
necessar~y to transfer the title of said three wheel road roller to said City of
South San Francisco.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regUlarly, introduced
and adopted by the city council of the city of South San F~ancisco, this 18th
day of October, 1939, by the following vote:
