RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
LAND AND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY IN CITY PARK ADDITION.
RES0~iVED by the city council of the City of South San Francisco that said
of South San Francisco hereby accepts the deed, dated the 24th day of November, 1939
which South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company conveys to the City of South
Francisco all that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as f
BEGINNING at a point on the southwest corner of the intersection of Orange
and Circle Court and extending westerly along the southerly line of Circle Court whi
is a circle having the radius of 333 feet for a distance of 72.14 feet to the easter
line of lot 53 block numbered ~., City Park Addition; thence southerly along the east
line of lot 53 block 2 a distance of 24.68 feet to a point on the notherly line of t
right of way of the Southern Pacific Company; said point also being the southeast co
of lot 53, block 2, City Park Addition running thence along the notherly line of the
Southern Pacific Company' s right-of-way in an easterly direction to the westerly lin
of Orange Avenue a distance of 69 feet; thence norhterly along the westerly line of
Orange Avenue, 4.13 feet to the point of beginning.
The city Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deeA, together with a cert
copy of this resolution, to be ~ecorded in the office of the County Recorder of said
County of San Mateo.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the city council of the City of South San Francisco,~ this 27th day
