REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BRITANNIA DEVELOPMENT
INC. DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE HARBOR WAY AREA
WHEREAS, staff desires to complete the redevelopment of the Harbor Way area by approving the
development plan submitted by Britannia Development Inc.; and
WHEREAS, all affected property owners were notified of the opportunity to submit a proposed
Business Plan; and
WHEREAS, Britannia Development Inc. was the only property owner to submit a proposed
Business Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby selects the Britannia Development Inc. development plan for the Harbor Way
area.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a requlameeting held on the 13 th day of
January ,1999 by the following vote:
