RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP OF PARADtS VALLEY
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SA]~I ~IATE0 CO. C,~LIF.
WHEREAS South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of California, as owner, has layed .out into
lots a tract or subdivision of land lying within the city of South San Francisco, County
of San ~ateo, State of California, and has caused an acct~rate map to be made of said
tract or subdivision for the purpose of selling lots by reference to said map, which
said map has been designated as "Subdivision ~tap of Paradise Valley South San ~rancisco
San ~,~ateo Co. Calif."; and
WI~EREAS said South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company, the owner of said
tract of land, proposes to file said map in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of San ~ateo, California; and
~ ~ity Planning Commission of said City of South San Francisco has here-
~EREAS the

tofore examined s~id map and the secretary of said City Planning Con~n_ssmon has made
a written report to said city council, in which report it is stated t~at said City
Planning Commission has approved said map, which report is now on file in the office
of the city clerk of said city; and
V~HEREAS said city council has fully considered said map;
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San Francisco that said map
be, and the same hereby is approved, and that said city council hereby accepts the
offer of s aid South San Francisco Land and Improvement Compsa~y to dedicate for public
use all streets, drives, roads, lanes, avenues, ways and easements as shovm upon said
mad.
The c~ty clerk of said city is hereby directed to-endorse upon said map a state-
ment that said ~ap has been approved by said city coUncil.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced aud
adopted by the city council of the city of South San Francisco, this ~lst day of
February, 19~0,by the follo~zing vote:
