WHEHEA~ the city council of the City of South ~an F~ancts~, did, on the 15th
day of April, 1940~ pass its r~lution of intention to abate the nuisance caused ~y weeds
g~owing upon the streets in. said resolution described; and
WHEREA~ notices tO destroy weeds have been conspicuously posted in front of all th
property in f~3nt of which said weeds a~e growing, in the manner and form required by law,
and that the posting of said notices was completed on the first day of May, 15405 and
WHEREAS no person has objected to or protested agatnS~ tae proposed ~emoval of
said weeds;.
RESOLVED by the city council of the City of South Sam Francisco that the street
superintendent of said city be, and he is hereby ordered to abate said nuisance by having
the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention removed.
