REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MARK
THOMAS & COMPANY TO PERFORM ENGINEERING SERVICES
RELATED TO THE EL CAMINO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
AMENDMENT PROCESS
WHEREAS, as part of the El Camino Redevelopment Plan Amendment process,
it is necessary to have prepared a Boundary Description, Engineer's Statement and Map
for the territory included within the Servey Area; and
WHEREAS, the State Board of Equalization has established such requirements
for redevelopment projects as are provided for in sections 33327, 33328, 33375, and
33457 of the Health and Safety Code; and
WHEREAS, staff desires Mark Thomas & Company to preform engineering
services related to the El Camino Redevelopment Plan Amendment process; and
WHERAS, the cost for this work will not exceed $31,500 and can be completed
within an eleven (11) week period; and
WHEREAS, funds for this service are available from the E1 Camino Corridor
budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Francisco that the Redevelopment Agency hereby authorizes execution of a Contractual Services
Agreement with Mark Thomas & Company to perform engineering services related to the E1 Camino
Redevelopment Plan Amendment process.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco at a Re§ul anneeting held on the 27th
day of danuary , 1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernkes, Karyl Matsumoto,
Eugene R. Mullin and Chairman James L. Datzman
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: goardmo, mber ,lohn R. Penna
ABSENT: None
