COM~/ISSION OF CALIFORNIA FOR PERMISSION TO CON-
STRUCT A PUBLIC STREET ACROSS THE BADEN BRANCH
OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD.
' RESOLVED by the city council of the City_of South San F~ancisco that said city
apply to the Railroad Commission of the State of Oalifornia for permission to construct
a public street or highway at grade in such location as to extend Eucalyptus Avense in
a southerly direction across the portion of the Baden Branch of the Southern Pacific
Railroad, in said City of South San Francisco~ described as follows: a strip of land
forty (40) feet wide across the Southern Pacific right of way of the Baden Branch ~n the
City of South San Francisco on Eucalyptus Avenue, produced, the center line of said s~ip
being 1040 feet westerly, measured along the railroad track from the center of Orange
Avenue crossin~.
The mayor of said city is hereby authorized and directed, in the n_-~* of said
city, to execute the application to be made hereur~fler and any an all other documents whi
may be necessary to effect the purposes of this ~esolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the City of South San Francisco, this ~rd day of June,
1940, by the following vote:
