RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MODIFICATION OF
BUILDING CONTRACT BET;~¥EEN CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND E}~IL PERSON
RESOLVED by the city council of the city of South San ~W~ancis'co as follows:
That the basement storeroom, to be constructed in connection with the addition
to the public library building in the city of South San Francisco, be constructed at
the place shown upon the diagram prepared by Henry H. Gutterson, the architect
employed by said City of South San Francisco to plan and supervise the const~action
of such addition, which diagram is now on file in the office of the city clerk of
said city, and that windows be constructed in said basement storeroom at the places
shown upon said diagram and the plans for such windows e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the contract between said sity and Emil Person, the
contractor, who has entered into a contract with said city for the construction of
such addition, be modified to conform with the provisions of this resolution; it
being understood, however, that the said contractor shall not be entitled 6o receive
any additional compensation by reasons of the changes in said con~ract hereby author-
ized.
The mayor and the city clerk of said city are hereby authorized, in the name of
said city of South San Francisco and under its seal, to execute such document as
may be necessary to effect the changes in said contract hereby authorized.

! hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the city council of the city of South San Francisco, this 28th day of
August, 19~0, by the following vote:
