HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 775-194027 #V'~5 RESOLUTION FIXING TAX RATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1940 - 1941 RESOLVED by the' city council of the City of South San Francisco that the number of cents to be paid to said City of So~th San Francisco upon each one ~ndred (100) dollars .of the property taxable by said ~unicipality within said City of South San Francisco, and hereby levied upon for Me purposes of the several funds her&nafter named for t B~ fiscal year beginning July l, 1940, and ending June 30, 1941, be, and the same hereby are de- signated as follows: ON ALLPROPERTY CONTAINED WITHIN THE ORIGINAL CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ... General Fund $ .96 Fund'for the payment of municipal improvement sewer bonds, Series 1915 $ .02 Library fund $ .10 Fund for the payment of the municipal improvement bonds, Series 1919 $ .06 Park fund $ .12 And said city council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of One and 26/100 Dollars ($1.26) upon each one kmndred (100) dollars of the property taxable by said municipality and contained within the original corporate boundaries of said Cl~tyo~f South San Francisco, the same being the aggregate of the amounts set opposite the foregoing funds, and hereby levies the sum of One and 26/100 Dollars ($1.26) upon each one hundred (100) dollars of all the property taxable by said municipality and contained within the original corporate boundaries of said City of South San Francisco, and o~ers the same to be collected.
