RESOLUTION OF EASEMENT TC CONSTRUCT HICHWAY OVER CERTAIN
SAN FRANCISCO WATER WORKS PROP~RTY
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City
Council hereby requests that th e City and County of San Francisco convey to said city of South
San Fraucisco an easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public highway over
and upon all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the County of San Mateo, State
of California, and particularly described as foll~vs:
Beginning at a point on the 'Southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real, said point being
South 62° West 33 feet and North 26o32, West 304.57 feet from Monument 24 as shown upon that
certain map entitled "Map of the servey of the lands of P. E. Iler" filed in the office of the
Recbrder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, in Book E of Maps at Page 79;
Thence from said point of beginning North 26° 32' West along the Southwesterly l~'ne
of E1 Camino Real 52.48 feet; thence Sputh 63° 37' West ll0.05 feet to a point; thence South-
westerly along the arc of a curve to the left, the center of whimh bears South 50° 27' 52" East
330 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 11.92 feet to a point; thence South 37°
28' West along a line tangent to thellast mentioned curve at the last ment icaed poiht, a distance
6f 45.98 feet to a point; thence Southwesterly along the ar~ of a curv® to the rig~h , said curve
having a radius o~ 410 feet and being tangent to the last mentioned course at the last mentioned
point, a distance of 163.27 feet to a point; thence South 60° 17' West along a line tangent to
the last mentioned curve at the last mentioned point, a distance of 11.38 feet to the South-
~esterly line of the 60 foot right of way conveyed to the S~ring Valley Water Company by deed
recorded in Book 346 of Official Records of the County of San Mateo at Page 316; thence0South
7° 10' 50" East along ~e~a~.~T~e~i~n~ di~et~ed~st~n~o~6~'~ ~e~ l~hen~ecN~t~ 60~7~
East 44.58 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left, said
curve having a radius of 490 feet and being tangent to the last mentiomed couzse at the last
mentioned point, a distance of 195.13 feet to a point; thence North 37° 28' East along a line
tangent to the last ~e~oned curve at the last mentioned point a distance of 45.98 feet to a
point; thence Northeasterly-along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius
of 250 feet and being tangent to the last mentioned course at the last merit ioned point, a dis-
tance of 89.57 feet.to the point of beginning.
I hereby certify that t'he foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the city council Of the City of South San Francisco, this 23 day of September, 1940, by the
following vote
