RESOLU~ION IN RE EASE~kT FOR HIGHI~YS OVER
SAN FRANCISCO WATER WCRKS PROPERTY.
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City Council
hereby requests that the City and County of San Francisco convey to said City of South San Francisco.
an easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public highway over and upon all that
certain tract or parcel of land situate in the County~N San Mateo, State of California, and par-
ticularly described as follows:
Beginning at ap~point on the Southwesterly line of the 80 foot strip of land conveyed to
the Spring Valley Water Company by deed recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of
San Mateo in Book 136 of Deeds at Page 169, distant along said line North 62° 05' West 498.68 feet
from the point of intersection of said line with the Southwesterly i ine of the 60 foot right of way
conveyed to the Spridg Valley Water ~ompany by deed recorded in Book 346 of Official Records of the
County of San Mateo at Page 316; thence from said point of beginning North 62° 05' 15" West along
the Southwesterly line of the aforementioned 80 foot strip, a distance of 60.12 feet ; thence
No~th 31° 28' East 13.80 feet to a point; ttBnce Northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the right,
~aid having a radius of 180 feet and being ~ge~m~t to the last mentioned course at the last mentioned
point, a distance of 69139 feet; thence South 59~ 56' 40" West 16.23 feet to a point; thence South-
westerly along the ar~ of a curve to the left, said curve havirg ~ radius of 120 feet and being
tangent to the last mentioned course at the last mentioned points a distance of 59.64 feet to a
point; thence South 31° 28' West along a line tangent to the last mentioned curve at the last E.en-
tioned point, a distance of 10.08 feet to She point of beginning.
