LIBERALIZING EXPENDITURES OF "SPECIAL GAS TAX FUND"
WHEREAS Ballot Proposit~zm No. 14 to be voted upon by the electors of
California at the general election to be h~ld on November §, 19~0, will, if adopted,
authorize the Legis~ature to permit cities and counties to spend revenues received
fr6m "in lieu" tax and liquor licenses fees. for local general purposes; and
WHEREAS such permission will senor the benefit of the taxpapyer of
this city and serve the advantage of this city;
Resolved by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City Council recommends the approval of said proposition by the voters of this city.
