SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDIP~
OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF ¼ CENT GAS TAX ALLOCAT-
ED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS
WHE~S, the State of California, through its Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways~ has presented a first aupplemental memo-
randum of agreement in accordance with a project statement submitted
by the City for expenditure of tl~e ~ cent gas tax for the 1939-41
biennium allocated for State highways in the City of South San Francisco;
and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in full and
is familiar with the contents t~ereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of South San
Francisco that said agreement for expenditure of the ~ cent gas tax allocat-
ed for State Highways be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 16th day ofD, ecember, 1940.
