REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED OWNER
PARTICIPATION AND BUSINESS RE-ENTRY PREFERENCE RULES
FOR THE EL CAMINO CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the Agency previously approved the Owner Participation and Business Re-
entry Preference Rules for the E1 Camino Corridor Redevelopment Plan area; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency desires to update the Owner Participation and
Business Re-entry Preference Rules.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that it hereby approves the amended Owner Participation and Business Re-
Entry Preference Rules for the E1 Camino Corridor Redevelopment Plan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Redevelopment Agency of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the lOth
_ day of Harch , 1999 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Hullin, and
Karyl Hatsumoto, & Chai.r~an James L. Datzman.
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Boardmember John R. Penna
ABSENT: None
