Payment to Emil Person Library
Construction Contracter
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South Sam Francisco that
the sum of Fifty-five Hundred Dollars ($5500.00) be paid ~o Emil Person on
~account of work performed by said Emil Person under his contract with said
City for the construction of an addition to the Public Library building of
Said City, it being distinctly understood that this payment hereby authorized
does not constitute acceptance of the work of said Emil Person as completion
of said contract and that no act uPon the part of said city council nor of
any officer, officers or employee or employers of said city shall be deemed
to amount $0: acceptance of said work as completion of said contract.
