RESOLUTIOi~ OF AGREE~EHT WITH PACIFIC GAS &
ELECTRIC CO~¢IPAh'~ ON ~'~AII~.ITENACE OF P~LE RISER
SERVICE AT ~URTH LANE~AND WALNUT A~ENUE
RESOLVED by 'the city council of the city. of. South San Francisco
that said city enter into an agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric
Company for the installation and maintenace of Pele Riser Service
at the intersection of Fourth Lane with Wslnut Avenue in said city.

tO e~ecute such agreement in behalf of said city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adooted by the city council of the city of South San
