RESOL%~]D by the city council of the City of South Man Francisco that said city
council hereby accepts as complete the work performed by Emil Person under his contract,
dated June 25, 1940, with said City of ~outh ~an Francisco for the construction of an
addition to and the alteration of the public library building in said city·
· Said CitE council orders that the sum of Five Hundred and Fifty-nine & 25/100
dollars(~559.~§) be paid to said Emil Person as the balance payable upon the third
payment rrovided for in said contract·

I hereby certifj: that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
